  • The tourism tax is not included in the price.

  • Free use of all public buses with the Val Gardena Mobil Card which we provide you with.

  • For cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival we will charge 30 per cent of the total reservation. For cancellations or changes which occur after this date we will charge 50 percent of the total reservation. In case of no-show we will charge the full amount. At the moment of booking there is to pay a deposit of 30 per cent of the total.

  • Final cleaning is included in the price.

    • Lavelf-service laundry facilities

  • We offer the facility to use a washing machine or dryer for a fee (the detergent is not included)

  • Children are welcome.

  • Baby bed on request.
